  1. How to place an order?

    Once you have reviewed the products online and liked or selected a few from the products listed on our website, make sure you call the HBC store in Islamabad.

    Why call them before your visit? To make sure that the product is available for you at the store. If it is not available, our team will tell you when the product will be available and when you can come to purchase it.

    Place Your Orders Directly on Website.

    Placing your order through the website of HBC is a more comfortable and hassle-free process. All you need to do is simply create your account on if you do not have one, Select the product you want to purchase, Select on Add to Cart, click on Proceed to Checkout, add in your Name, Address and Contact details, select your Payment Method and your order has been placed.

    Once you follow all the steps, you will get your order number. The next day, you’ll receive a confirmation call from HBC Order Confirmation Department and tell you the payment procedure. You may deposit Cash or Transfer through ATM / Internet banking to our company Accounts.

    Place your order via Call or WhatsApp:

    You can also place your orders via call or WhatsApp. To order via call, you can call us at ‘92-0336-531-8947’ and tell us about your requirements or just the product details; our representative will take your contact and shipping details from you. You will also be briefed about the payment procedure, and your order will be confirmed. Other than that, If you want to place an order via WhatsApp, simply click on WhatsApp us Now, and you will be directed to the WhatsApp number of HBC with the product link copied and pasted in the chat.

  1. Warranty Claim, Refund & Exchange of Products Procedure

    Please consider the following before returning the product:

    • Please ensure that you have the correct model before you open the product.
    • Warranty will not be claimed without original invoice.
    • No replacement for Screen/Touch on Screen of laptop, Display, Burn,
    • Adaptor, Battery, Speakers or Damage parts.
    • Check if your product meets all requirements
    • Call Customer Service
    • Pack Item & Dispatch
    • You will get confirmation call when we receive your parcel
    • If verified, you will get refunded
    • Used or damaged product would not be eligible for return.

    Eligibility criteria to return criteria:

    • If not matching our description which were provided on our website
    • If not genuine or quality products.
    • In case of wrong dispatched items

    HBC deals exclusively in brand new products, and hence urges its client to take their time in deciding what they want before they finally purchase their product.

    Items once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect.

  1. Which Courier do you use ?

    We only Use Muller & Phipps (MnP) and Blue-Ex Courier.

  2. Is cash on delivery available?

    Cash on delivery is available in Islamabad Sectors,

    G5, G6, G7, G8, G9, G10, G11.

    F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10, F11.

    E5, E6, E7, E8, E9, E10, E11.

  3. Can i place order and Pick up from Store ?

    Yes you may. Simply order on our website and mention on the "Notes" that you will be picking the item your self from the store. You can also drop us a message on our whatsapp (92) 336 531 8947

  4. Disclaimer!

    • Please open and check the product infront of courier staff. HBC will not take any responsibility if the package is empty/damaged afterwards.
    • We only deliver via MnP, in remote areas where MnP cannot deliver then we use other services or larger shipments made by other couriers.
    • We don't ship outside Pakistan.
    • It might take 1-5 business days to reach shippment depending on the size and weight of the product. Big Printers and Monitors mostly take more days. 
    • We Do not offer Cash on delivery to other cities. 
    • 25% Advance Payment will be required on items "Order Only"

  5. How do i track my order?

    Our customer representatives will share "Tracking ID" and "Tracking URL" once the item is dispatched Via Msg or Whatsapp.
