Highly impressed with the speed and quality of service. My Victus 16 came in with a broken screen frame and two plus years of pretty serious use. It'd collected lots of dust and needed cleaning as well. They fixed my screen frame and fully cleaned/repasted the internals at a fair price and within 24 hours. Highly recommended
