is fully capable in installations, configurations and repairs of computer hardware, peripherals, software and power conditioning equipments. The success of our company is in its technical support department, which keeps its engineers and support technicians up to date with the information technology developments both in software and hardware computer environment.

Hardware Support


Preventive maintenance of all types of hardware and peripherals reduces the failure rate of the equipment. We also believe that through corrective maintenance the electrical and other ambient environment can be monitored and controlled. Prompt response, stock of parts and accurate diagnosis is our main strength.

 

Software Support


We have skilled Novell, Windows and UNIX software engineers to provide any kind of technical support on multi-user environment from a user level to administrator level. Our experts can provide all type of data communication and software development services.
 

Site Preparation and Cabling


HB
C has already earned great reputation in site preparation and cabling work. Installation of the power conditioning and its distribution computer network cabling and fiber optic cabling requires a lot of skill and planning. Our team is well trained and has experience to carry out all such tasks.
 

TYPES OF MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS/SERVICES


HB
C has met the expectations of its prestigious customers up to the highest levels particularly in service contracts. The types and classification of HBC services is as follows:

Round The Clock Maintenance Contract/Service


In this type of service HBC's response time is only one hour and often a hardware and software engineer is located on site. The telephone numbers of an assigned engineer, backup engineer, director technical and the director services are given to the user to call anytime, i.e., 24 hours a day. In this particular contract all the critical equipment is backed up by the equipment in the workshop store and the main store to be used in case of any failure of the equipment.
 

Standard Parts & Labor Maintenance Contract/Services


In this particular contract HBC provides a normal service in which calls are attended the same day if complaint is registered in the normal working hours, a loaner equipment is provided if the faulty one is not repaired within 48 hours. On large contracts (60+ Computers) on-site engineers are deployed throughout the normal working hours. However in case the customer requires emergency services the same can be provided in late hours or on holidays as well. Quarterly preventive maintenance is performed on all contract equipment. Frequent Preventive maintenance is performed on heavily used equipment.
 

Labor Only Maintenance Contract/Services


This is the level of service in which we provide preventive and remedial maintenance, in which all the parts required are either supplied by the user or by the HBC at actual cost. The replacement of the faulty equipment is not provided by the HBC in this particular contract.
 

On-Call Maintenance Contract/Services


This is the level of service in which we provide preventive and remedial maintenance, in which all the parts required are either supplied by the user or by the HBC at actual cost. The replacement of the faulty equipment is not provided by the HBC in this particular contract.
 

IN-HOUSE REPAIR FACILITIES


HB
C has established a wide range of in-house repair facilities for providing services to its prestigious clients. Our repair center is equipped with the latest Hi-Tech test equipment and tools to carry out all types of diagnostics and repairs.
We maintain a large inventory of components and parts which ensures timely repair of all types of branded or un-branded computers and peripherals. Our repair engineers are well qualified and capable of carrying out component level repairs of a highly complex and technical nature on state of the art electronic equipment and assemblies with or without the required circuit schematics.

Personnel:

HBC Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore and Faisalabad branch offices have 42 technical and non-technical personnel. Moreover, we retain a panel of technical associates comprising of individuals and organizations, whose specialized services are available to the company as and when required.

Software Development


HB
C has skilled and experienced software engineers and programmers to provide you software development services in any language, i.e., FoxPro, FoxBASE, C++ and Visual Basic both on Novel and UNIX platforms.

Training

HBC has a facility for in-house and on-site training facility on all the renowned packages including Novel and UNIX operating system. HBC training resources are derived from in-house technical staff and a panel of associates called in for specialized training.
