TYPES OF MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS/SERVICES

particularly in service contracts. The types and classification of
HBC services is as follows:

Round The Clock
Maintenance Contract/Service |
|
In this type of
service HBC's response time
is only one hour and often a hardware and software engineer is located on
site. The telephone numbers of an assigned engineer, backup engineer, director
technical and the director services are given to the user to call anytime,
i.e., 24 hours a day. In this particular contract all the critical equipment
is backed up by the equipment in the workshop store and the main store to be
used in case of any failure of the equipment.

Standard Parts &
Labor Maintenance Contract/Services |
|
In this particular
contract HBC provides a
normal service in which calls are attended the same day if complaint is
registered in the normal working hours, a loaner equipment is provided if the
faulty one is not repaired within 48 hours. On large contracts (60+ Computers)
on-site engineers are deployed throughout the normal working hours. However in
case the customer requires emergency services the same can be provided in late
hours or on holidays as well. Quarterly preventive maintenance is performed on
all contract equipment. Frequent Preventive maintenance is performed on
heavily used equipment.

Labor Only
Maintenance Contract/Services |

This is the level
of service in which we provide preventive and remedial maintenance, in which
all the parts required are either supplied by the user or by the
HBC at actual cost. The
replacement of the faulty equipment is not provided by the
HBC in this particular
contract.

This is the level
of service in which we provide preventive and remedial maintenance, in which
all the parts required are either supplied by the user or by the
HBC at actual cost. The

IN-HOUSE REPAIR FACILITIES |
HBC
has established a wide range of in-house repair facilities for providing
services to its prestigious clients. Our repair center is equipped with the
latest Hi-Tech test equipment and tools to carry out all types of diagnostics
and repairs.
We maintain a large inventory of components and parts which ensures timely
repair of all types of branded or un-branded computers and peripherals. Our
repair engineers are well qualified and capable of carrying out component
level repairs of a highly complex and technical nature on state of the art
electronic equipment and assemblies with or without the required circuit
schematics.

associates comprising of individuals and organizations, whose specialized

Development
HBC
has skilled and experienced software engineers and programmers to provide you
software development services in any language, i.e., FoxPro, FoxBASE, C++ and
Visual Basic both on Novel and UNIX platforms.
Training
HBC
has a facility for in-house and on-site training facility on all the renowned
packages including Novel and UNIX operating system.
HBC training resources are derived from in-house
technical staff and a panel of associates called in for specialized training.
